I’m Sian and I want to help as many busy women achieve their goals as I possibly can.
To do this, I’ve introduced a new Online Group Coaching Programme to do just that; the Busy Women Club.
It's an 8-week group online coaching programme, providing workouts, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle coaching to get you to your goals, whether they're health, fitness or weight-related.
"Why is this different to an app?"
I will coach you on an individual as well as a group level. I coach you every day; from helping you build motivation to be more active, to learning how to eat healthy meals (and allow room for treats too).
Once you're signed up, you'll be invited to join a members-only Facebook & WhatsApp group full of like-minded women, where you'll be fully supported by myself and the other members of the team. We'll build you up when you're feeling down, and celebrate your wins with you. Nobody gets left behind.
You'll be set individual, personalised targets, based around nutrition, habits, sleep, or steps - whatever you need.
You'll also be given structured workouts to suit your schedule; I have 10, 15, 20 and 30-minute workouts, to suit you and the time you have available.
You'll receive a habit tracker to keep you accountable, and carry out a personal check-in each week to let me know about your wins and your struggles during that week, so I can best support you into the following week and beyond.
You'll be working with me personally and be given pep talks when needed, to help keep you on track and reassure you that you're doing great work ...we all need that from time to time. Accountability and support will always be on hand so that you don't need to worry about decision-making; only trust in the process.
