Personal Training Membership - Foundation Package (£145.00 per month) (Please note, the 8-week introduction package must be completed before this option can be taken) One 1-to-1 training session per week - lasting 50-60 minutes. This is a personalised exercise programme tailored to your abilities, goals and available equipment, which you can carry out at home or at a gym. You will receive: Individually calculated calorie requirements, depending on your activity levels. Unlimited support via e-mail, and private facebook or whatsapp messaging. Advice, tips and assistance on food, activity levels and tracking progress, with weekly check-ins. Body image, body confidence and menopause support. An additional welcome pack on initial sign-up, containing a meal planning guide, macronutrient guide, and recipe books. Daily e-mails and accountability, with 24-hour e-mail responses, and 12-hour message responses.
